    Shelly, thank you for stopping by! Great job reaching 12,100 fitness minutes!I find being held accountable by a team really keeps me motivated. If you're interested, when the BLC 25 opens, I can send you the link. They say if you stick to something for 28 days it becomes a habit. For me, I made a commitment to myself that I was going to get rid of the words "morbidly obese" off of my medical record. I am an elementary health teacher, and when I saw those words on my chart, I was ashamed. I needed to be healthy.. I lost over 50 lbs, then joined a gym where I've lost another 20. It is good to also take measurements so when the scale isn't always positive, you will still see changes elsewhere. Great job on going down a pants size too!!! No one can do this journey for you. It is up to you to keep pushing forward, one step at a time. If you fall, pick yourself right back up again the next day.
