    Thanks for noting my fitness minutes to tell you the truth, so many of those fitness minutes have been accumulated over these years on SP that I don't even think about it specifically. We try to walk every day and usually that's a long walk. The weather lately hasn't bee very cooperative though. My first year on SP I started running and that's really my favorite now again I need to find alternatives at times and have an elliptical and one of those mini tramps...sometimes I jog on that tramp while watching one of the on line episodes of masterpiece theater on our public tv website. You know, I guess it's just making that effort even or especially when we don't want to.
