This is my second try on sparkpeople have tried before lost and gained some then .This time it is for real I am determined and postive.So far lost 17 pounds and I am looking for 35 pounds more before my next goal.So need inspiration and inspiration more and more.So do leave some good thoughts for me.

Unlike many who are super motivated with the start of a new year, I'm struggling with mine. My workouts have been non-existent since Thanksgiving, and yup, the weight is not coming off.

Starting today, I am scheduling workouts so there is no reason why I can't put some time in every day.

You can do this! And so can I. We are worth it. :)
