This is my second try on sparkpeople have tried before lost and gained some then .This time it is for real I am determined and postive.So far lost 17 pounds and I am looking for 35 pounds more before my next goal.So need inspiration and inspiration more and more.So do leave some good thoughts for me.

Be sure to follow the link posted there about "power posing" It is a 20 minute video, and can be a bit slow, but hang in there. The last 5 minutes are so, so worth it.

It is changing my life, two minutes and one power pose at a time.
