My Goals:
I simply want to be healthy and not use food to make me feel good emotionally, but physically instead.
My Program:
is simply to stay within the caloric intake set by SparkPeople and exercise 5 days a week. Once I get in the habit of that, I will set higher goals...that is enough for now :)
Personal Information:
I live in Chicago, I am currently unemployed but my passion is teaching. I taught at SJVC for a year before my husband was promoted and transferred to Chicago. I taught Psychology and Sociology.
Other Information:
Things I love: My husband, my extended family, my dog Yogi, Reading, Cooking, Wine, and eating of course. :)
