Read your post today on the swimsuit bootcamp. You can do it. Just do one of the 5 or 7 minute workouts for the week. You'll feel better. BUT, if you don't...you will. Beating yourself up does nothing but make you feel worse. EVERYONE skips days, falls into ruts, feels sleepy/sluggish. You CAN do it--and you will feel great. You'll see!!! emoticon
