Hi :) It's been soooo long since I've been on this web site. I decided to try and get on sparkpeople everyday AGAIN to keep track of my progress AGAIN. I have just started using Slim in 6 faithfully. I'm not expecting miracles just success. Any words of wisdom or encouragement would be extremely motivating for me!

Hi Shelly! Thanks for your comment! Well, I got to my goal of 130 with sparkpeople but I decided I didn't need it and did it on my own and gained back 15 lbs. So I'm back as well and ready to lose it again and keep it off! Honestly what worked for me was to log my calories daily and running. I never thought I could run but bought the Nike + Sports kit for my I pod and I've stuck with it! It's really amazing for running or just walking! Good luck and hopefully we can do it!!! emoticon

Hi Shelly! I saw you in the SP Hotties challenge working to lose 10 by halloween. I too have been off SP for awhile and am back in the game. Good luck! Keep the exercise up and the food logged, and you will get your goal. That is my plan, anyway :) See you on the boards!
