On my way back...again

Really starting over this time. Got a divorce, gained 40 pounds back, eat when I'm bored or stressed. I need to get back on track and this website has helped me in the past so I'm hoping it will again. I'm going to start by just tracking food and see how I'm doing in that department. I'm trying to really be concious of portion control and my boyfriend and I have been splitting all meals and it seems to be plenty of food for me.

I just wanted to stop by and say hey. Hope things went well this week. It looks like you are doing really good. I do my first weigh in tomorrow. SCARY!!!!!! I didnt keep up with my exercising very good, I got sick, and the weather has been bad. Oh well goal for next week I guess. I did pretty well with my eating. Anyways well hope your week was good, talk to you later
