On my way back...again

Really starting over this time. Got a divorce, gained 40 pounds back, eat when I'm bored or stressed. I need to get back on track and this website has helped me in the past so I'm hoping it will again. I'm going to start by just tracking food and see how I'm doing in that department. I'm trying to really be concious of portion control and my boyfriend and I have been splitting all meals and it seems to be plenty of food for me.

OOps, didn't mean to send.... as I was saying...

expensive hair products, all brand new makeup, spa day (all in the same day - this will be my "almost there" reward) - pedicure, manicure, facial and massage, and once I reach my goal, a shopping spree (used or new clothes, I don't care...) of $200. This can happen....and this time it will work!

I've made my food and fitness log visible so I am holding myself accountable and so that others can see what i'm eating too....it seems to help me. And I blog daily. It helps keep fitness and nutrition at the fore front of my mind. If you need anything, just ask!

Welcome back to SP. Sometimes it's hard, but when we're truly ready to achieve our goals it will happen. This is my 3rd (or 4th or ...) time on SP but I can just feel it that this is MY TIME :-) I came to a horrible low a few nights ago when I realized I've been trying to lose weight for 5 years now. Makes sense I guess, I have a 5 and a half year old. I've found for me it really helps to track all the food I eat in the nutrition log, as well as setting smaller goals that I can acheive quickly, along with giving myself a reward for meeting those goals. I've set up 5 pound goals and rewards of things I would like but wouldn't normally "splurge" on otherwise - brand new outfit (not from the Thrift Store), expensive hair

I wanted to say hi to my friend! Today I'm going horseback riding on my sister's hore. It's great exercises. Your goals are good and very attainable. I have a short-term goal to lose 8 pounds by the end of March! I think I can do it easily! Have a great day!

well hope you had a good time with your family. dont be scared we all need a break every now and then. just get back up and start again. you can do it i got faith in ya.

i have been doing pretty good and really happy with how ive done this week. got my water in and a little bit of exercise. this probably has been my best week doing what i am suppose to. I cant complain at all though i have lost 13 pounds now in about a month. I am happy with that. the best thing is i really havent been hard on myself i just made a few changes here and there. but i know that i will soon be to that point ya know where it kinda stops and you gotta work hard to lose anymore. dreading that lol

anyways glad ur back and good luck on starting back. dont be scared just get up and do it. remember why you started and invision your goals!!!!
