My goals, to start with I intend to work out at the gym 3-4 times per week. As well as attend my Zumba class at least once a week. (they hold it twice a week) I also am trying to cut out my addiction to pepsi. Seems I go thru phases where I can do just fine w/only 1 a day for a couple of weeks, and all the sudden I'm right back at my 3-4 a day. :( I also need to better job at drinking WATER!!! (again, I seem to go thru phases w/that one as well.)
