Getting Healthy For Good

I'm a 31 year old stay-at-home mom of three girls, ages 7, 4, and 5 months. Right now I'm working on getting down into the healthy weight range, and then I'll see where I'm going from there. I'm trying really hard to focus on this being a lifestyle change, rather than just another diet, and to not worry about how slow the weight is coming off. Every change that I'm able to make is making me a healthier, more energetic mother and wife.

My Goals:
I want to lose 27 pounds (and probably more) and gain back my energy and enthusiasm for life.

Start weight--172 lbs

Weigh 162 pounds by mid-March--DONE!

Weigh 155 pounds by June 21--DONE!

Current goal:
Weigh 145 pounds by November 17th (my 29th birthday).

My Program:
I'm working on eating about 1550-1650 calories a day and trying to fit in some kind of fitness activity 6 times a week.
