Thanks for carrying our team on the couples biggest Loser challenge! It's not been a good couple of weeks between the scale and I. Hopes are high for July though and I intend to add some pounds lost to our team total! For July I am going back to basics, tracking food, drinking water, staying active and getting good sleep!
Have a fantatsic weekend - we will be camping for a couple of days and then back on Monday to celebrate Independence Day at home!
