Time to refresh the page... and also life!
I stumbled upon SP on 2/21/08. Never had actually expected Sp to help me out with my weight loss journey. All I had thought about SP at the moment of joining was, "Oh! Well, another site!" Let's see what it has and then move on". I completely forgot about SP. Then the daily mails piled up and I clicked on one to be lead to some very useful articles, threads, and help started to pour from all over SP. Soon, I found myself a part of SP teams and taking part in many ...

Soon, I found myself a part of SP teams and taking part in many challenges. I learnt a lot about living a healthy and full life. I learnt and realised that all you have is this life, so it is up to you make the best of it. I want to thank all my friends who goaded me on this journey and held out a hand in support when ever I faltered.
