Have there been hiccups along the way? Absolutely. Do I think I have a lot more to learn? Oh yeah. But it can be a fun ride!

Starting weight - 253

Goals:

228 (25 pounds, 10% of starting weight)

210 (18 pounds) - the weight I was when I met the hubby!

200 (10 pounds)

190 (10 pounds)

180 (10 pounds)

175 (5 pounds)

170 (5 pounds)

165 (5 pounds)

160 (5 pounds)

As I go, I know it only gets harder, so it will hopefully be easier by focusing on smaller amounts.

My Program:
1. Do cardio 30 minutes every day; strength training for 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week.

2. Eat within my calorie range at least 6 days per week.

3. Eat a vegetarian diet 90% of the time.
