How are you doing today? Do you have your mega jug of water sitting beside you as you are on the computer? I've found that if I have it sitting there while I'm online I drink it. So if you don't ~ Get up and go get one right now and put it right there with you. What about tracking your food? You CAN do this. One day, one little thing at a time. Valorie
