A New Me!

The last two years have been extremely difficult for me. Although there were many challenges, disappointments and sadness...there was the realization that I am stronger than I know.

I can do this...it's a matter of how bad do I want it and what am I willing to do? Right now, whatever it takes!

I am DONE.

I am DONE being the fat girl, friend, sister, daughter, date.
I am DONE neglecting myself.
I am DONE with excuses.
I am DONE ...

I am DONE neglecting myself.
I am DONE with excuses.
I am DONE choosing food over life.
I am DONE blaming my health.
I am DONE doubting myself.
I am DONE comparing myself to others.
I am DONE NOT doing things because of my weight.
I am DONE judging myself because of my weight.
I am DONE not loving myself because of my weight.
I am DONE allowing others to treat me poorly.
I am DONE not believing in myself because I CAN do this!

And...

I am DONE getting in my own way and self-sabotaging!!!

This is my journey, bumps and all. I am choosing to create the life I have always dreamed of and feel happy, healthy and strong!

I will finally learn how to get rid of this weight once and for all!

As of May 27, 2015 - I have decided to take on a 100 Day Challenge. I will refrain from sugar, sweetener, red meat and junk. I will also aim for 30 minutes of activity or 10,000 steps each day!

I would like to get my Health Coach certification before Christmas 2015!!!

* WW Member - Total Access (Meetings and Personal Coaching)
* Fitbit tracker to monitor sleep and exercise (linked to Runkeeper, SP, WW)
* Gluten free (medical requirement)
* Aim to go easy on breads, since Gluten Free is twice as many calories
* Join Challenges in SP and DG Team
* Track calories in SP if I am not losing with PP

* Love the beach, walking outdoors, hanging out with friends, going to the movies, reading, exercise (yes, I actually like it!) and have a passion for travel.
