I try to walk as much as possible, but mainly I just dance. My goal is to dance at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes.

Thanks for the goodie. I have been slacking off on my diet, and I am gearing up for restart on new years day. I've been buying healthy things to eat, and eating them, but there is still a lot of holiday junk food in my house. I am going to throw away anything not gone on new years day.
You have done a wonderful job losing weight. emoticon
