I need to stick with this program

Hello, so Im at the biggest weight Ive ever been at and Im extremely unhappy with myself. I know this program will work if I can just stick to it. It's hard when my family doesn't try with me and I still have to cook for them. And of course none of them like my diet food. Wish I knew the answer to that one. All of that being I have eaten well and exercised the last 2 days hoping to make this a week long streak. Wish me luck !!!!!!
