How are you doing this week on your goals?? emoticon Tracking my food intake is my major focus, then once that becomes more of a habit I'll focus on something else. At least it makes me more aware of what I'm eating every day...

Hope you got your workout DONE yesterday! Sounds like you had a LONG day. Happy Thursday! Hope today is less stressful. I'm off to feed the dog and then it's "me" time. Tracy's calling Dance Cardio on the rebounder, then Jillian's Cardio and then Tracy's muscle work. emoticon
