Sick of battling my weight, I had struggled with the same 10-20 lbs. all of my adult life, losing and then gaining it again. I realized when reading The Spark that I've always had a "diet mentality" and that was my problem. I knew how to count calories and lose weight, the problem is what I did once the "diet"was over. I now know that a healthy way of living, eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, is the way to maintain my health and avoid the yo-yo dieting.

Looks like you are doing GREAT! Thanks for adding me as a friend; I'll add you, too, and we can keep one another accountable! Count your blessings this month!

Hey there! No, I don't have too much time to "get out" on here but I try to occasionally poke around. There's so much on this web site that it's overwhelming! Lots of good stuff though and inspiration, which I occasionally need!

I like your philosophy on life!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!

My goodness girl, thanks for the add. I can see even though you have been hanging out here a long time, you don't get "out" much around the site. I have to say neither do I. I really suck as a friend in terms of communication. But if you can take me as I am, I'd love to join your network.

Hope all is well with you. Weight watching is hard, food is so good and I have such bad habits. Trying to change that, with SPs help and friends like you . . . take good care, Jan emoticon
