Hi, I'm a 28 year old female living in the Baltimore area. I love to cooking/baking/nutrition/fitness.
I love this wonderful website and only wish that I could have found it sooner!
My biggest struggle is my work schedule, I work shift work, and If I don't plan out my meals for the day, it is easy to overeat. Eating out is another story, when I get home late, it is just easier to grab something quick. I tend to eat way more calories and my sodium intake is through the roof.
I am here to start a healthier me, and a lifestyle change.
1. Exercise at least 4 times a week.
2. Cut down on sodium.
3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
4. Eat more servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
5. Portion Control.
6. Drink water, water, water.
Watching what I eat, eating healthy, exercising often, And now that it is getting warmer-get out and enjoy the weather!
I am getting married, so I want to shape up before my wedding.

We have over a dozen new recipe threads as of Jan 2011 . . . so you can find and/or post chicken recipes on the Chicken Thread, and so on.
Check out the Weight Watchers Recipe Thread . . . I don't do WW but some of those looked really, really good when I posted them . . .
There are also diabetic recipe threads, vegetarian, etc. Hope you are doing well on your SparkJourney; you can do it!
