My Goals:
My personel goals are to learn how to a healthy life style. I just recently retired, after driving a city bus for twenty years and I picked up a lot of unhealthy habits.{fast Food},first goal is to let go of fast food and start preparing food at home.
My Program:
MY program plan is to log my food daily, at least eight glasses of water, cook, weigh, measure my food,and exercise to best of my ability.
