Potstickers are Asian dumplings. Most have pork, but you can get chicken or no meat, plus cabbage and some other things wrapped in a very thin doughy wrap. You can fry or steam them. I just take them out of the freezer, rinse them off with water, and microwave them for two minutes. Then I dip them in dumpling sauce. Soy sauce is what a lot of people use, but I'm not a big salt fan so I buy a specific sauce from the Asian market.
