Re-inventing Myself

I haven't used SparkPeople in 3 years, but have jumped back on and will use this on my quest to get healthy and fit. I just moved from Ohio to Florida to be close to my family and have started a morning walking ritual with my 10 year old Golden Retriever, who is much fitter than I am. We're taking advantage of the beautiful weather and have taken walks on the beach and all around town early in the morning before the town wakes up!

My Goals:
1. Walk for 30 minutes a day with my dog at least 5 days a week.
2. Input all the food I eat on my nutrition tracker and aim to hit healthy levels of calories, protein, carbs and fats.
3. Drink 8 (8 oz.) glasses of water every day.
