Hi Shelby. Thank you for the positive feedback on my blog! :) This is my second day doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's just 20 minutes a day, and there are 3 levels (based on growing intensity). It is non stop movement and she really switches it up with the workouts. You can find the 3 levels on youtube if you search it. It's an awesome quick work out!!
