Peace of Mind and Body

My name is Michelle. I have almost always been in the normal weight range, but I yo-yo so much. I want to be able to get to a certain weight and keep it as close to there as possible.

I have had some unhealthy habits in the past regarding food, but I am working my way through them now.

Also, in high school I used to play sports and be in shape. I want to start getting into a work- out regimen that I love and can keep up with (cardio is my favourite!)
