My Goals:
Track, Track, Track!!!!

My Program:
I'm currently working with a trainer and nutrition coach to gain lean muscle, repair global weakness from injuries and burn fat, fat, fat!! I workout 6 sessions per week- 3 strengths and 3 cardios of my choice which is great at keeping me motivated and challenged. We do anything from weights, TRX, boxing, Hiit sessions, Yoga and more. You name it we do it! My nutrition at this time is small meal consisting of a ratio of protein to healthy carbs. A few rules as of yet are a ratio of carbs to protein and no wheat, sugar, dairy or pork.

Personal Information:
I'm a 35yr. wife and mother of two. I love to cook, travel, working out, music and spending time with family.
