My Goals:
I would like to lose 20 pounds. Not only would I like to loose weight but I would like to change my whole lifestyle so I'm never in a situation again to have to really DIET!

My Program:
I'm cooking all my own meals and carefully planning everything I eat. I find that I eat healthier when I plan and take time to think about what will be good for me. Im also doing strength and cardio exercises 3 times a week. I try to push myself a little bit further each time. I end up feeling really great when I get done.
