Just dropping in to see how you are doing. It seems like you are doing great! What exercise routine are you trying? As I noted in my post under your status, I'm just doing cardio right now-- every day for 45 minutes. I love it! I really want to start doing strength training, though.
I just wanted to stop by to say ! It is wonderful that you are getting your health on track. I have hypothyroidism and know how challenging it can be to handle, but it can be done-- we're living proof! It feels great, doesn't it?
