Hi, I saw your comment on the article about 'but busters'. I just thought I should say that you should definitely not worry about changing who you are on the inside because, surely, if you want to lose weight, then you will be a happier, more confident person when you do. Personally, I can only see how this will be a positive change! If there were no habits worth changing then I doubt you'd be a member of this online community. So yeah, you can only change yourself so you can still act the way you do and enjoy the same things, just with a few improvements along the way that make you feel better about yourself and life in general. Anyways, sorry to ramble on a bit, good luck with it all :)
