Downsizing...

I feel as though this may be my last attempt at downsizing because THIS time I'm actually going to do it!!! I've been battling with this weight problem for pretty much of all my life. I remember saying, "I would NEVER allow myself to get that big" well they always say never say what you're not going to do. Here I found myself over 100 lbs OVER what I want to be at - the sad part is my 'goal weight' is still considered overweight to some but it's my ideal size. I used to be into being fit and ...
I used to be into being fit and lifting weights. I wore 175 quite well - with my shape I was comfortable and more importantly I was fit & healthy. No threats of diseases, (high blood, diabetes, high choloesterol, etc) I still don't have any problems except for fibromyalgia and arthritis. The reason I joined this community is because it seemed to offer some tips for stress eating. I would not admit to myself that I had a problem with food - but it seems the more I try to put myself on the diet the more I tend to binge - especially at the sign of stress - with three 15 year olds in the same house - who wouldn't?!? I'm using this medium as an outlet and encouragement to set myself full speed ahead. I already belong to a weightloss group and have support from them but I felt I needed a little more support for my home 'downtime' when I really get the urge to eat everything in arms reach. Once again - I'm a serious stress eater - I'm just looking for some guidance, tips and motivation to keep me out of the kitchen and on the road to a healthy lifestyle.

Hey Gorgeous. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I totally forgot I lost 4. 6 lbs in one week. I think the first week is famous for a lot of water loss so big numbers are normal then. I think after that your body is just adjusting to your new fabulous lifestyle. And it just takes time. It will happen. It will.

I enter my exercise in the tracker and let the tracker record for me. I really don't want to do math or whatever ;) That's why I like those tools! They do all the stuff I don't want to - like math. LOL.

Hang in there lady! You are doing great. Cheers.
