Hey everyone,
i'm a 25 year old mom. i have a pretty busy life but I love it. My son is 5 and I'm going back to school for medical coding and office management. I also work as a substitute teacher.
i've always been overweight. i don't think that i got the right nutrition growing up. we didn't have a lot of money in my family. that resulted in me not knowing how to eat properly and i'm suffering for it now. i'm trying to change my eating habits and teach myself how to be physically ...

1. trying to walk with Tristan in the backpack everyday for at least 20 minutes.
