In Jan, 2010 I began my journey weighing 357. Today I joined this site weighing 304. I have various health problems that could benefit from exercise and losing weight. I am already noticing big changes in my blood sugar levels which is a great motivating factor!
I have set small goals along the way and my next goal is to be in the 200's so I am anxiously awaiting seeing 299 on that scale. My reward is going to be a new perm and maybe a facial.
Right now I walk about 3-4 miles a day using Leslie Sansone dvd's. I add 10 minutes of strength training every other day and on the opposite days I use a shaper and spend 10 minutes working with that. I also incorporate some stationary bike riding almost daily I will do at least 2 miles.I am so ready to be healthy and I am getting closer every day!

Added in CURVES workout. That means roughly 90 minutes of exercise daily.

Still going to CRUVES, and walking with Leslie Sansone an hour daily, and I added in a 30 minute bike ride.

My Program:
I follow a lower carb diet and also watch my calories. I try to keep carbs under 75 a day and my calories around 1500. For this lifestyle change I used the assistance of The Beck Diet Solution which has greatly helped me in chaning my mind set. For exercise I walk daily with Leslie Sansone workouts, I ride bike, and do some strength exercising...about 10 minutes daily.
In Janurary 2011 I have added Curves to my exercise.
