So THAT's Where "Me" Went!

My name is Sara, I'm 33, and I'm back on Spark! I took a several month hiatus, and yes, I gained a little weight back, but it's actually your average Christmas/winter weight gain -- only about 25% of what I had lost originally.

The gym's treadmill couldn't keep me running, so I am doing the Couch to 5k program again! Much easier this time. A friend and I are running a 5k at the end of summer.

I need to re-introduce my healthy habits and get my heart pumping again. ...

My Goals:
*run 5k by the end of the summer
*lose 24.5 lbs. (initially only 16)
*Strengthen my core and back to prevent lower back problems in the future.
*Weight train so I can have a faster metabolism and be stronger all around.
*Be fit and toned so I feel great in a bathing suit again.

Current challenge:
3 walk/runs of Couch25k a week
8 glasses of water/day
Stay within my calorie range every day
At least 1 serving of fruit daily, plus 2+ veggies!

My Program:
*Couch to 5k
*I've found cheese to be more of a comfort food than chocolate and cookies. So I've mostly given up the cookies and chocolate, while eating cheese in reduced fat varieties and smaller quantities.
