Just stopping by to say keep moving forward and NEVER look back! This is a lifetime change and we have to take it day by day!
Onward and remember to celebrate the changes....such as I drank my water today or I ate my veggies today.

Hi, how's it going? I'm trying to get back on track and thought it would be a good idea to check in with some of my Spark friends! I haven't started tracking food again yet, but I'm exercising more and am starting to cut out the sugar, so it's a start!

Girl you can do it. I also stopped but got back to work I realize this is not a day journey but a life journey. Thanks to one of my sparks friends she told me to Eat clean. Once I did that and stopped worrying about the weight and the scale I was back in the race again. I only get on the scale once a month and the rewards are better. Hang in there and reach out to me if you need anything. emoticon
