I'm here because other workouts failed

Currently, I'm a 30 year old female from Southern California. By day, I work in the higher education. I currently do Kickboxing and American Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). I love keeping active, the out doors, film, theatre, television, music, and literature. I love trying and learning new things.

My Lifetime Goals are: UPDATED 4/14/10

1)Drop to 135-140lbs (depending on muscle mass) [CW: 160lbs]

2)Save at least 1 Years worth of expenses [CT: $0]

My Program:
I focus on Parkouring, Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Jogging, Calisthenics, Cardio, Plyometrics, Yoga, Weight/Resistance training, Core workouts, and alot of stretching to get fit and lose weight.

I tend to work out around 6-7 days a week.

My calorie intake is at 1400-1780 to start.

I eat alot of white meat, green veggies, whole grains, adn moderate amounts of fruits/dairy

I try to drink no less than 96 oz. of water/day

I try to get alot of rest
