39 Now.... almost 40
My goal is to be in my best shape ever by the time I turn 40 in September.... these past few years have been wonderful and each year gets better and better... 39 is going to be fabulous and 40 more fabulous!

This sparkpage is all about success! I am finally grasping at the concept of planning and attaining my goals. I am a hard worker - have been all my life - I am dedicated and trustworthy - so why have I not found great success in all areas of my life? Well - I have to say - lack of a plan.
This time - I have a plan. I have made goals - and a raodmap to get there. My destination for this small part of my journey is in sight. Now planning the next trip - and starting my directions on how to get there.
Thank you to all who have helped me along the way - and I am so glad that I found SparkPeople - it has been a major contributor to this eye opening experience - and will play a role in my future as well!

Originally my goal wt was 138 and it seemed so far away - now I enjoy working out so much that I think that has changed - maybe 129.
I want to enjoy every day and be able to have a good time with my kids and be active.
My Program:
6-7 days a week cardio
2-4 days a week strength trng
1200-1700 calories each day
