I haven't been here lately been going on a roller coaster with my husbands health. We were believing for a miracle but I guess God had other plans for him. He has been suffering from COPD and emphasema however its spelled and this winter was harsh for him. It turned out to be his killer. He had a low white count first then he got pneumonia and was put on a bipap then our home hospital felt he'd be better served at a more specialized hospital and the next day he was there was put on a ventilator. It went down hill from there he got sepsis thru out his body and the ventilator was doing all the work for him and we had to make the decision to take all meds away except for the ones to give him comfort and then lower the ventilator finally taking it out completely putting him on oxygen to see if he was gonna breathe at all alone and he passed away. I'm so lost now but I'm going to use exercise as an outlet for my frustration, loneliness ect. He will be buried Monday.
I would like to be able to get on the floor and play with my grandchildren. Also be able to walk around town with out my knees hurting after just a few yards
To stick to my program and add more fruits and vegetables stay away from frying bake broil or crock pot track my food and exercise and if I cant make the gym use my bands.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. — Matthew 22:37-39
O Living and only True God. Please accept the work of my hands, the words of my mouth, the moments of my rest, and the love of my heart as my worship to you this day. I pray that these are pleasing and refreshing to you. In the name your Son, my Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen.
