10.17.10 My overall goal is to lose 190 pounds.
First I am focusing on getting out of the 300's.
10.17.10 To start out I am just focusing on tracking what I eat here on SP and trying to stay within my calorie targets. In addition to that, I have joined a 10 minute/day exercise challenge to try make it a daily habit.
