My goal is to shed the weight little by little. In hopes to gain more energy an set a good outlook for my daughter.
the eating is going to VERY HARD!!!! I sure will be exercising an following the plan they lay out for me plus the exercise machines I have here at home. I need to get a buddy to go walking an bike riding to help stay straight on that.
I want you all to know i recently read a book called Revenge of a middle-aged woman...IT IS A HORRIBLE BOOK!
I have had a major wake up call about 2 weeks ago! I went clothes shopping an truely did not like what i saw in the mirror! I l also have realized i never have any energy so i had to do something. The one thing I learned is eat more but smaller portions (healthy) an exercise. I also have a better support system this time around an a goal to fight for. I am hopin to lose as much weight as i can before my 28th birthday in october! so i can wear a great sexy costume to my dauhter 2nd bday party (halloween theme) an feel fantastic.
I'm glad to be here an hope that i can help all of you guys in any way possible as well. i look forward to getting together chris an liz in the summer with ariana an going bike riding an walking an ill think of other things. also like i told liz you guys are welcome to come an use my exercise equipment.
