Hi, I always had problem with my weight since I can remember, but after having my children looks like I lost control over; but know I am ready to take control again and I am doing it for me and my family, my dogs are the ones that never said no when I want to go for I walk is good to have them around.

I had been walking a lot usually with my dog, but I use Leaslie Sansone Walking at home videos, Minna Lessig exercise videos and now Prevention videos.

I was born in Tijuana, Mexico, I move to US after I married and had been here for 16 years,I live in Connecticut and now in Westfield, MA: My name is Claudia Mick, I am 39 year old, I have 4 children , Ethan, Alyssa, Wesley and Savannah. I love animals, dogs and cats, but in general every animal. I like people, because I think you can learn something for everybody.

I'm sorry I didn't reply to your posts... I had hit a low point and didn't really have any access to the internet for a while (I promise this is a reason, not an excuse... well.. for getting back to you, not keeping on track). But I'm back and doing bigger and better things with my life. I mean.. I guess others would count it as small steps to acheiving a big goal, but this is in fact huge for me. I've started jogging almost every night for the past week. I mean... even though it's only been about a week, that's a huge improvement for me... and I haven't given up or burned out after the first three days! That's new for me... so I'm super excited. Now all I have to do is get my eating in check, then I'll definitely be good to go. Sorry for typing so much. How have you been?

Yo he estado bien... aunque estos dias me he salido un poco de la dieta y ya no le estoy echando tantas ganas al ejercicio!! pero ya me pondre las pilas otra vez porque en un mes me iré de vacaciones y aun no me siento bien con traje de baño jaja... pero en fiiiiiin, espero que estes bien y suerte con la mudanza :D!! Sorry it has been awhile, I was on vacation and just got back recently!
I have been doing pretty well and have set a new goal to lose another 10 lbs by August!
