Thank you for the goodie! What a sweet note. I'm not sure I've been very motivational lately. Up and down the same few pounds. Vacation is over and I have a week until school starts to workouts and eating right are priority this week. I have a month before my son gets married and want to get at least 10 lbs. off. Have a good week!

I posted this on the January Jumpstart page, but I thought I'd stop by and post it here, too:

Sheila, you might have gained water weight due to lack of sleep or building muscle. Your muscles hold onto extra water in order to form new tissue. So sometimes a little weight gain is a good thing. Hang in there! Next week's weigh-in will be better!
