2010-The Year I Fit Into my Smaller Pants!

Like many of you, I've let myself go! I'm aghast to learn I've topped 200 lbs. But also like you, I'm not happy about it and realize I'm the only one who can do anything about it. I'm not easily motivated, but I'm actually finding solace, comfort and yes, motivation!, on this website. I'm very glad I found it.

My Goals:
I would like to get to 150 lbs. Then I'll see how I feel and keep going if I see the need to. I would also like to lower my cholesterol and stop having to grunt when I get off the sofa!

My Program:
I joined Weight Watchers through a program at work. That's what started this. Basically, I'm just being more aware of what I'm eating and trying to consistently make better choices. Also, I'm woefully lacking in motivation to exercise so I want to fix that.

Personal Information:
Florida Native - Orlando born and raised.

Other Information:
I love my cats, ballroom dancing and reading. That's about all there is!

I know this is rhetorical, but wouldn't it be nice?? I also think that about blowing my nose when I have a cold. It certainly seems like I've lost a few pounds sometimes.

They ARE relative!! I remember being THRILLED to weigh 140 even, and I also remember being horrified to see the 130s!! Haha. It's a never ending battle ;) I believe that we HAVE to learn to love our bodies at ANY weight, while NOT making excuses to KEEP an unhealthy one. The 140s are a healthy place for me, but my recommended range is 117-157, so I like to be in the 130s for a solid middle ground :)
