My Goals:
Goals? Weight loss, increased energy, increased attention span, decreased anxiety, lethargy and all around apathy. I want to get excited about life again. I want to feel amazing every day. I want to feel tired...because I have done something with my body, not abused it. I want to nourish my mind, body and soul.

My Program:
Not a real "program" I plan to run, to walk/run stairs. I hope to attend yoga a minimum of twice weekly.
