Track Progress with Spark People. Lose pounds and tone, especially the abs, in 2009! 2009 - To lose 25-30 pounds of weight AND FEEL BETTER. 2010- TO MAINTAIN GOAL WEIGHT WITHIN 2-3 LB. RANGE. 2011- TO MAINTAIN WEIGHT AND CONTINUE TO SPARK FORWARD!
My Program:
I am trying to use the Spark website as much as possible to stay motivated - Nutrition and Fitness Tracker especially! Have increased my exercise and strength training programs. Also, I've been drinking plenty of water!
