The Battles Continues...
Hi Everyone! Welcome to my page! I've been struggling with my weight ever since puberty but things got really bad after I went away to university. I would lose weight only to gain it all back plus more! I am vowing to myself that this is the last time I ever begin this journey. Instead of focusing of my weight, I'm going to focus on my health. I think that having other non-weight related goals will keep me on track in the long term.

My Goals:
I want to live a happy and healthy life. To achieve this HUGE goal, I have these goals: 1. Lose 70 lbs 2. Eat a balanced vegetarian diet 3. Commit to daily exercise
My Program:
1. Eat the right amount of the right things -track everything! -eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies 2. Take care of my fitness -get exercise daily and a total of 90 minutes per week -strength train 2x per week -stretch daily
