I am 32 years young. Happily married 10 years, 2 wonder ful children (girl/12, boy/9).

Ok since I have started I have lost over thirty pounds I weighed 184 at the beginning of the year and re-joined spark 03/09. I have went from a size 16 to a size 11/12. My goal this year was to fit into a size 10 in 2010.
Goal Met on 2/20/2010 with pics and a blog to boot Woot Woot!

I am currently 13 pounds away from my GOAL WEIGHT OF 140.

Smart Goal#1 is to lose 6 pounds in 6 weeks THEN the rest in 6 more weeks. The goal of 13 pounds is obtainable but easier and better to make short goal hence the word "Smart" goals

Smart Goal #2 to tone my thighs and hips and tone and define my legs and arms. This is achieved by starting Chalean Extreme and STICKING TO THE PLAN. 8 week goal

My Goals:
My goal is to reach 140 lbs and into a size 10 jeans. And KEEP IT OFF. I also want some muscle definition in my arms and legs. I know they say no such thing as toned just less fat but I like the word toned and that is what I will be.I want to continue to be healthy.

HEY GIRL, LONG TIME NO SEE... IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU AROUND SPARKS AGAIN, I SEE YOU HAVE TO GET A PLAN TOGETHER. GIRL, I'M WITH YOU ON THAT. I HAVE TO GET ONE TOGETHER MYSELF.

WELL, I BEEN ON THE JUICE MOVEMENT, AND LOVING IT. PUSHING A LITTLE MORE HARDER, BUT I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR A FEW DAYS. NOT SICK, BUT MY BODY IS DE-TOXIN I GUESS.. I JUICED A BLOOD CLEANSE DRINK ON MONDAY, AND I FELT THE SET BACKS OF IT WED & THUR AND I COULD NOT PUT MY FINGER ON IT, UNTIL I HAD WENT BACK INTO MY JUICING LOGS AND FOUND THAT I DRINK THIS DRINK ONE TIME TOO MANY. I HAD OVER DID IT WITH MY BODY. SO, WITH THAT LESSON UNDER MY BELT. I'LL NEVER HAVE A WEAKEND OF CHEATING ON MY DIET, OR 2 DAYS OF MY BLOOD CLEANSE JUICE DRINK 2 DAYS IN A ROW.. THAT'S SOMETHING I MUST DO ONCE A MONTH... WE LIVE AND LEARN DON'T WE..

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOUR PLANS.

Your goal is to accomplish as many of these as possible today...I'm shooting for all 6. But you may pick as many as you like...but you must do at least 1....pass it on to a few friends!!
