I am currently 13 pounds away from my GOAL WEIGHT OF 140. I AM A DONE GIRL ON THE LOSING LADIES TEAM SIS CHALLENGE STARTS 03/21/2010 Smart Goal#1 is to lose 6 pounds in 6 weeks THEN the rest in 6 more weeks. The goal of 13 pounds is obtainable but easier and better to make short goal hence the word "Smart" goals Weight loss achieveable by May 1 to lose 6lbs 05/01/10 WEIGHT= Smart Goal #2 to tone my thighs and hips and tone and define my legs and arms. My goal is to reach 140 lbs and into a size 10 jeans. And KEEP IT OFF. I also want some muscle definition in my arms and legs. I know they say no such thing as toned just less fat but I like the word toned and that is what I will be.I want to continue to be healthy.
