Wow, sounds like you had some really serious pain! I can relate because for 3 or 4 days when I first did it, I had that exact pain! It hurt to do anything! When I tried to stand up it was like I had 20 people pushing down on my shoulders and my back was going to just collapse! I have been kind of thinking the whole time that it may be something related to a disc. My parents have both had issues with that in the past. Hopefully it isn't anything too bad and I can fix it with rest and maybe some exercises. Don't want to hear the word suregery anywhere! Thank you for the advice and the tips and thank you for the offer to help with questions. I don't think I have any right now, I really just need to see what the x ray says and what the plan of action is. I will let you know and I appreciate the help :)
As you know being a Phins fan, it is always nice to see the Jets lose but when we can smack them around by 20, well, it is hard to beat that LOL! Still have a good shot at making the playoffs. I am thinking that best case scenario, we finish 9-7 and play a road playoff game, probably against Cincinnati or Indianapolis. Guess what? We have already beaten both of those teams! So it could be worse.
I went to the chiropractor and she said that my pain is coming from my L4. They took x rays and I am going back to check those out and see what is up on Friday. She doesn't seem to think it is anything real serious so keep your fingers crossed! 967 days ago
Thanks for the comment on my blog. Jamaica was so much fun. You will have to let me know what you think. Great idea to bring your Brita. Not only will you have great tasting water but a simple reminder from home to drink water. 1004 days ago
