My Program:
I fell off the wagon late last year and am having a rough time trying to get back on. But, I'm confident in my ability to work through this difficult time.

I'm starting to get back in the habit of eating healthy foods. I haven't started tracking or exercising yet. I'm taking it slowly. But I've been taking a daily vitamin, cutting out the fast food, and generally eating more fruits and vegetables.

I'm just going to take it one day at a time.

Personal Information:
I am from all over the place but mainly Oregon is my home. I have a boyfriend of 8 years, Glen, and one cat of 5 1/2 years, Mutt.

Thanks for the support on my blog! I'm so happy that your meat free lifestyle is working so well for you. I hope we see the same results! I'll definitely look into that vegan protein powder, I think it would be good to have around just in case.

I really want to avoid buying fake burgers but if I find that we need to I'll for sure look into the Amy's bistro burgers!
