I've always been a little heavier than I should or want to be. However, I've never had the motivation to do something about it. I've been a yo-yo dieter and exerciser most of my adult life. I think that I've hit rock bottom in the vast majority of areas in my life. I am currently battling depression and a lot of stress because I am in the process of applying to law school. I feel like I am at a crossroads… like this is now or never.

My Goals:
1. I want to be healthy.

2. I want to comfortable wearing shorts and a bathing suit by Summer 2015.

3. I want to lose a total of 60 pounds. 195-135

4. I want to be strong.

My Program:
1. Tracking every calorie to make sure I stay between 1200-1500 per day.

2. CARDIO!!!

3. Making sure I eat TONS of veggies and fruit.

4. Water, water, water.

5. Stay positive and motivated. After all I want to have a pair of "fat jeans."
