My Goals:
To reach 160 lbs, fit in a size 12 or smaller...be able to walk into any store and know I can fit in just about everything!

My Program:
I am following the Atkins program, currently in the extended Induction phase. LCHF diets seem to be the only thing that works for me :)

I definitely don't exercise as much as I should. I go to the gym 3x a week and do 30+ minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training



Personal Information:
My name is Shaundra and I live in Rocklin, CA--a small suburb just 10 miles east of Sacramento. I work full-time with children and teens that are victims of abuse and neglect and have been removed from their homes by CPS. I am a full time student at CSU Sacramento and am finishing up my BA in Psychology. I will be applying for graduate school to get my MA in Counseling.

Like many of us, I have been struggling with weight since I was young, 6 years old as far as I remember. Even at my smallest weight (180 lbs at age 16) I was still scolded by doctors, after having lost 60 lbs. I am looking to get down to 160, maybe 150. I have never been that tiny in my life, so I am scared to experience this new body!

Other Information:
I enjoy all types of music; horror, action, and comedy movies; reading a good, inspirational book, arts and crafts, comedy shows, bowling, pool, mini golf, camping, cars, going to the lake, shopping, karaoke, clubs, bars, pedicures, coffee shops, and spending time with my friends (when we have the time!)
