Hi, I'm Shauna ! I am married, work full-time from home, and a mother to four beautiful daughters, ages 10, 7, 4.5, and 3. I've lost all of the baby weight, but I have about 15-20 more pounds to lose to get to my goal. I'm tracking my calories and fitness every day. I'm trying to learn more about nutrition and what kinds of exercise I enjoy.

Thanks for the suggestion about wearing a hat to cover this AWFUL haircut. As long as I can still laugh about it, I'll get through it! But, I really want my hair to grow FAST! Have a great weekend!

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my blog "Flip Flops". I only got an hour down the road, turned around and came home. It had warmed up in the night, snowed, thawed, and refroze. It was snow packed and ice on the road and just wasn't worth it to keep going. So, I went home and put up some Christmas decorations! lol! MUCH more fun! Have a great week!

Hey Shauna~
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner about the TF/CE hybrid! Anyways, Yes, I have done one before! What I did was copy the pages from the CE workout plan. On the non-lifting days I would do a longer Turbo (45, 55, 60). On the lifting days I would add a HIIT if I had time (and energy, lol). It ended up working out really well! You could leave some of the extra CE cardio workouts instead of the TF too, but I liked TF a lot better than the CE cardio ones.
