    I have lost just over 30 pounds and hope to make it 40 before the end of the year. I feel better than I have in years, even though I still have a lot to lose.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. You can do this thing. We are all dieting experts. The problem is that we don't live dieting. It is a stopgap. I'm doing a lifestyle change and it is a process. I add things to my life, change things, make this fit into the life I live and change the way I live so I can do this all my life.

    I do enjoy the support of the teams I belong to. They have support and encouragement when I get overwhelmed or have a struggle.
